Quality product and great customer service.
Quality product, sounds great too, and when i had a problem the customer support was absolutely superb. I cannot rate Marshall speakers high enough. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Terrible product and even worse support
Bought Marshall headphones (Large wired folding classic retro headphones, Color: Brown) ordered via Fruugo in October.
Before Christmas, the skin/fabric surrounding the ear part of the headphones was defective in one side. We complained to Fruugo who referred to Marshalls - and then the world almost came to a standstill.
So far, there have been 12 emails in January 2023 alone, with Marshall asking for more and more details - most recently a picture of the headphones on a slip of paper with today's date on it??? And them asking if we bought the headphones as second hand... AFTER we sent them order confirmation, receipt, correspondence with Fruugo, photos, explanation of the problem (where they started with an email on how to find sone headphones via bluetooth).
This is definitely the last time we will be dealing with Marshall and their bad products as well as lousy product support.
Worse service you have to look for a long time!

Great product but also great support
I recently ordered Marshall Emberton II. The experience was quite flawless. Quick and easy on the website. Although there was a big delay in the delivery (entirely because of the courier itself) the support team of Marshal Headphones was helpful, kind and responsive.
The product itself is great too!!!
Top customer service
I have had these fantastic Marshall Major IV headphones for nearly a year now and they get used daily. Recently the control knob developed a slight fault so, I contacted support with the query, asking if there was a replacement knob that I could purchase.
I got a quick reply appologising for the bad experience along with instruction on detailng my problem along with photo and also photo of proof of purchase.
After sending these there was another fast response with details of invoice for a new replacement to be sent.
Amazing, clear, direct and fast customer service.
Very happy customer who will be using you again in the future.

Fast Response/Bad Equipment Replace
Got my charging case stolen and the support was great with a fast answer and even gave a 50% voucher for a new Marshall headphones purchase. But apparently it's not possible to purchase the almost 2 years model (September 2021) charging case separately.
Excellent & unforgettable service
The excellent service made my experience with marshall very great. With some older earphones I had some problems and the company marshall assists me with fully new and upgraded ones. I am still very impressed about these kind of service.

Delighted with these after a year using them
Got the minor ii ANC headphones over a year ago. Absolutely love them! They fit on my head well, I wear glasses so I’m alway nervous of over ear headphones squeezing, but these are genuinely very comfortable. The battery life is savage too, I use mine every evening to watch Netflix etc on my Mac from bed. I only need to change them once a week. They also have no lag at all with the actors on screen. My only complaint is that they aren’t as loud as I expected them to be. They also look cool, I’m a sucker for that Marshall logo.
I’m researching the in ear bugs now, as I can’t wear these over head ones when out walking, I don’t like it obvious that I’ve them on.

Worst experience of my life in 15 years of online shopping. The online support doesn't consider you at all and close the ticket before you can rate them. I'm waiting for my money from 1 month because the order was lost in same way by dhl.
